ChatsFlow is not liable for any unauthorized use of your account. 4. Payments & Subscriptions All services are billed as per the chosen plan. Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of services. 5. WhatsApp Policies Our services integrate with WhatsApp Business API. You agree to comply with Meta’s WhatsApp Business Policy. ChatsFlow is not responsible for any account restrictions or bans imposed by WhatsApp due to policy violations. 6. Data Privacy & Security We respect your data and comply with applicable privacy laws. We do not sell or share your data with third parties without consent. Users are responsible for securing their customer data shared via our platform. 7. Service Availability While we strive for 99% uptime, ChatsFlow does not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for downtime caused by WhatsApp, Meta, or third-party service providers. 8. Limitation of Liability ChatsFlow is not liable for: Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities. Any WhatsApp account suspension due to policy violations. Indirect or consequential damages. 9. Termination We may suspend or terminate your account if you: Violate these Terms, Engage in illegal activities, or Fail to pay for services. 10. Amendments ChatsFlow reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of services after changes means you accept the updated Terms. 11.
